Morgan has directed regularly for years, most often in the dubbing space (both anime and live action), but including also original animation.
She is detail-oriented, and due to her experience in directing, ADR writing, localization, production, and myriad other areas of entertainment and business, knows how to foresee and flag or solve issues that less experienced competitors can’t.

Morgan has been casting director on multiple dubbing projects, cast and directed ADR/looping and group walla, and acted as casting assistant on multiple video games.
Morgan takes their responsibility as a voice and casting director very seriously in today’s world, and especially when working on projects from overseas. Morgan is committed to diverse casting (ethnic and cultural background, disability, gender expression, neurodivergence, etc.), bringing in new talent, and being an ally to both talent and production teams. Her degree in Japanese Studies, and experience living abroad, has also honed her abilities of understanding other cultures.
